This summer marks the 25th anniversary of Indiana University's prestigious Jacobs School of Music Summer String Academy, which brings together students and renowned faculty from around the world. The Summer String Academy is geared toward serious students ages 12-18 who wish to study violin, viola or cello in an intensive environment.

$6 students/$12 general public or Summer Music Festival Pass
This year, more than 80 students are enrolled for the academy; they come from throughout the United States, Canada, China, Taiwan, Sweden and France. Past years have included students from Tunisia, Spain, Switzerland, Japan and Korea.
