You don't have to make a deal with the Devil to get laughs, love, music and baseball! The Indiana University Department of Theatre & Drama opens their professional, summer season, the Indiana Festival Theatre, with one of America’s best-loved musicals, Damn Yankees. It's 1955 and Joe Boyd sells his soul to the devilish Mr. Applegate for the chance to lead his team, the Washington Senators, to the pennant. Based on the novel "The Year the Yankees Lost the Pennant" by Douglass Wallop. Damn Yankees won 7 Tony Awards including Best Musical with favorites like “Heart,” “A Little Brains, a Little Talent,” and the breathtaking “Whatever Lola Wants.” Lola wants you to come out and see Damn Yankees, and you know, whatever Lola wants, Lola gets!
