Gallery of art of the Western World, Doris Steinmetz, Kellett Endowed Gallery of Twentieth-Century Art, first floor William Zimmerman, a nationally recognized wildlife artist and Brown County resident, passed away last fall. The Indiana University Art Museum celebrates his artistry and his passion for ornithology with a small selection of original paintings for his book Life Histories of North American Woodpeckers (1992).
