The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about sourcing the best products at the best prices. Beautiful produce, 98% of it organic and/or from local suppliers. You'll fin fresh, wholesome delicous prepared foods from the kitchen team: hot meals and a salad bar to eat in or to take home or to the office, as well as homemade cookies, cakes, pies and other baked goods.  Local eggs, bread, dairy products and cheese; quality seafood, including line-caught wild Alaskan salmon; and meat without additives. Oliver bar; fine beer and wine; fair trade coffee, tea and chocolate as well as unique gifts and cards. The wellness section ncludes hard-to-find supplements; naturopathic, herbal and homeopathic remedies and natural body care items.  Healthy pet care and non-toxic home products.
