Restaurant Application

Restaurants interested in participating in this year's Taste of Bloomington festival can download the applications here. A Temporary Retail Food Establishment License Application must be completed and submitted along with the Taste of Bloomington Application. The $25 fee is included in the Taste of Bloomington booth fee.
