Congratulations 2010 Tourism Award Winners!

Categories: Arts & Culture

Last night, the Bloomington/Monroe County CVB hosted our annual tourism awards reception to celebrate National Tourism Week. For those of you thinking that National Tourism Week was last week - you're right! We're celebrating a week late this year because the Dalai Lama was in town last week. and we didn't want to detract from his visit.

This year's reception was held at pictura gallery, located downtown on the north side of the courthouse square. A wonderful venue for a small reception, we were surrounded by photographic art in a comfortable atmosphere. Thanks pictura, for having us! The event was catered by the Scholars Inn Bakehouse and the food was incredible, so thank you also to Scholars Inn for helping us put on a very successful event!

Now, on to the winners! These are the best of the best in Bloomington's $280 million per year tourism industry. Congratulations to them all. Be sure to check them out next time you're in town!
