Fourth Street Arts Festival of the Arts & Crafts
This annual event began in 1976 as a way for area artists and craftspeople to showcase their talents and has been a Bloomington tradition ever since! The Fourth Street Festival of the Arts & Crafts has grown over the years into one of the premier festivals in the region and now includes artists from across the country. Over 120 artists will set up shop this year over Labor Day Weekend.
Garlic Fest and Community Art Fair
The Bloomington Garlic Fest & Community Art Fair takes place Saturday, September 1st and Sunday, September 2nd, for an all-ages sensory celebration beginning daily at 11 a.m. at the Waldron Hill Buskirk (Third Street) Park. The festival features food, local artists, live music, a kidzone, cooking competition, yoga, healthy eating education, a beer garden, and more.
CANCELED - Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest
This event has been canceled due to weather. The sky will be all aglow again this year at the Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Festival. The festival features 20 balloons, a car show, cornhole tournament, fireworks, live music, and more! You can even take a tethered ride to get a bird's eye view of the festival. The Night Glow is not to be missed when the balloons light up the sky at dusk.

Celebrate global culture and music at one of Bloomington's most iconic events. Lotus World Music and Arts Festival features artists from 20+ countries performing in venues ranging from pavement-quaking outdoor dance tents to contemplative church venues and historic theaters.
