Where in Bloomington... #5

Categories: Arts & Culture

Congratulations to Tuesday's winner, who correctly identified the Monroe County History Center as the site of our mystery photo. The limestone hitching post featured in the photo was donated to the History Center by Virginia Tyte and installed on the front lawn in 2005. Find out more about the history of Bloomington and Monroe County, including the area's legendary limestone heritage, at the Monroe County History Center.

Today's photo is below. Leave us a comment telling us where in the Bloomington area this photo was taken. As always, the first correct answer will receive a Bloomington t-shirt!

There are only a few more chances to win, but you can get stop by the B-town store and get your own Bloomington t-shirt any time! The B-town Store is located inside the Bloomington Visitors Center at 2855 N. Walnut Street.
