Bloomington is getting better and better in 2024. With everything from renovations to anniversaries to new fun, new businesses, new menu items, and more, read below about What is New next year.

 

Andrew Davis Clothiers

Andrew Davis Clothiers will be remodeling their store in summer of 2024. They have also recently expanded their IU shop to offer the best selection of premium IU apparel and accessories in Bloomington.

FARM Bloomington

FARM Bloomington will be celebrating their 16th anniversary. They are also adding new vegetable forward, plant based  and vegan dishes this season and will be serving ice creams make locally by Hartzel's Ice Cream.

Monroe Lake

Monroe Lake will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2024. They will have special programming on October 17-20 and 24.

Monroe Lake will also be opening three new trails as well as new advancements at Paynetown State Recreation Area. At Fairfax State Recreation Area, three new trails will be officially opened: Homestead Loop, Quarry Extension, and the Osprey Overlook. These have been under development for several years now and will be fully completed by January 2024. At Paynetown State Recreation Area, we will have a brand-new comfort station in the campground (opening in April 2024), two additional pump-outs at the dump station, and rehabbed sewer systems in the campground, beach house, and marina by January 2024.

Morgenstern's

Morgenstern's is celebrating their 3-year anniversary on July 26 and will also be celebrating Independent Bookstore Day on April 27. 

Social Cantina

Social Cantina will be having a new taco every month, new feature tacos, new seasonal cocktails, and tequila pairing dinners.

SmokeWorks

SmokeWorks will be launching new burgers, serve the famous Bushwacker, and launch their own Whiskey Club.

The Tap

The Tap will be offering new daily beer specials, $10 lunch specials, new Burger of the Month each month, and new menu items every season.

Top Shotta Jerk Chicken

Top Shotta Jerk Chicken will be adding a few changes, like authentic Jamaican patties, and will have specials on the weekends in the next year. They will also be adding products to their already existing menu. They will only be open on weekends only.

Yogi's

Yogi's will be bringing back their coveted Dyngus Day from their original location, have new daily lunch specials, a new pizza and Smashburger every month, and drinks specials daily.
