BRAD GOODE
Called “The Lyrical Genius Of The Trumpet” by the Chicago Tribune, BRAD GOODE has been a member of the touring bands of jazz greats Jack DeJohnette, Curtis Fuller, Eddie Harris, Von Freeman, Rosemary Clooney, Sheila Jordan, Ira Sullivan, Ernie Watts, Red Rodney and others. He led the house band at Chicago’s Green Mill from 1986-1998, and now primarily works as a lead trumpeter. He has recorded on over 100 jazz albums, and has released 17 albums as a leader.
BRAD GOODE is a unique and virtuosic stylist, who sounds like no other trumpeter. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Jazz Studies at the University of Colorado, and is the Musical Director for the Conference on World Affairs.
