The Friends of Monroe County Public Library’s Bookstore is readying its Big Spring Book Sale. Children’s paperback books are just 50 cents and all other books are HALF their bookstore prices. The sale reflects the breadth of our community’s interests – add to your choices for cooking, delve into a new area in history, or find good books for (grand)children. Fiction, biography, politics, DVDs, music, and much more are in good supply, with new material added every day.

Thursday, April 13: 4:30–7:30 PM (Early bird sale for Friends members only: you can join at the door or online at mcpl.info.friends).

Open to the public:
Friday, April 14: 10 AM–6 PM (kids’ paperbacks 50¢, other books $.75–$1.50)
Saturday, April 15: 10 AM–6 PM (kids’ paperbacks 50¢, other books $.75–$1.50)
Sunday, April 16: Noon–6 PM (fill a Friends tote bag for $10; fill a box for $15)
Monday, April 17: 9 AM–2 PM (all remaining items are free)

The sale will be in Meeting Rooms 1B/1C on the ground floor of the Monroe County Public Library at 303 E. Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington IN 47408. All proceeds support the programs and services of the Library.
