Designed especially for people of the modern world, these classes combine guided meditation and practical advice from Buddha’s teachings. Each class has two guided meditations and a short talk. This combination of meditation and essential advice from the Buddhist way of life helps us maintain a peaceful mind and a good heart.Topics are in sets of four weeks, but each class emphasizes a different aspect of the topic, so you can come along to any or all of the classes for each topic.
There is no need to register, just drop in to any class. Everyone is welcome.

Stress and frustration are common experiences in modern life. These painful states of mind can easily arise when we encounter challenging situations and difficult people. Using meditation and mindfulness methods, we can gain the understanding and tools necessary to approach problems with a calm, clear mind.
