On Friday, May 5th, WonderLab will be open until 8 p.m. for its First Friday Science of Art series, with half-priced admission after 5 p.m.

In May, WonderLab is proud to present Science of Art: Nature Art featuring The Van-Go and Hilltop Garden and Nature Center. Van-Go is a mobile art studio that provides free art sessions to the community. The Van-Go strives to promote art engagement, self-expression, and creative thinking! Van-Go Founder, Ellen Bergan will be doing a drop-in water-color painting workshop in the WonderGarden.

Hilltop Garden and Nature Center has primarily focused on youth gardening, but has expanded its reach throughout the University and surrounding community to provide opportunities to learn about different gardening practices and connecting with nature.

WonderLab's First Fridays Science of Arts series is made possible, in part, with support from the Brown County Community Foundation, the Indiana Arts Commission, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency with additional support provided by the Sanders Family and F. Rudolph Turner.
