Stop and StART

The many creations that are part of the Stop and StART program are located throughout downtown Bloomington. The Bloomington Entertainment and Arts District (BEAD) and the Bloomington Area Arts Council collaboratively sponsored this unique program that began in 2008 and results in mural-style art painted on traffic signal boxes located throughout downtown. Individual artists or community teams were invited to create designs to be considered for inclusion in the program.
