The City of Bloomington is offering FREE PARKING in all City public garages and on-street parking spaces on Thursday, December 19 at 5 p.m. through Tuesday, December 24. Complimentary parking will be available at the Morton Street, Walnut Street, Fourth Street, and Trades District garages, as well as at on-street meters.
