Taste of Bloomington is back in Bloomington, IN! On Kirkwood Avenue between Walnut and Indiana, EVERYTHING will be local from the food to the beer, wine, spirits, and more. Come ready to taste and enjoy live music!
The event will be free to enter. Each booth will have a small serving size costing $5.00 or less. All vendors will accept cash and card payments.
The event is NOT rain or shine. A decision will be made on the Thursday before the event, if there is rain in the forecast.

Do I need tickets?
No tickets necessary! The Taste has been changed to a Free and non-ticketed event along Kirkwood. How much is the food? All food vendors will have offerings for less than $5 to allow you to truly TASTE lots of what Bloomington has to offer. All vendors will accept cash and card payments.
Where can I park?
There are several convenient parking options downtown, including metered street parking, surface lots, and public parking garages. Parking meters and pay stations are enforced Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. and are free on Sundays and all official City of Bloomington holidays. Payment can be made via ParkMobile or with coins.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! Families with kids are encouraged to enjoy our new Kid Zone, located in People's Park. Kid Zone will have kid friendly activities hosted by local organizations.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are permitted, but must be leashed and well behaved at all times.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
No, please refrain from bringing your own food or drinks, and please support all our vendors. Water will be available for purchase from any of our vendors, or take advantage of the free water stations located at the event. You are encouraged to bring your own water bottles to reduce waste.
Will alcohol be available?
Yes! We have several local drink vendors. If you are 21+ you can enjoy a beverage within the bounds of the event along Kirkwood. Open containers are allowed from these vendors within the event perimeter on Kirkwood and Grant. Open containers cannot be taken into local establishments, nor can drinks from local bars/restaurants be brought outside.
What happens if it rains?
If the event is cancelled due to weather, that decision will be announced on the Taste of Bloomington social media pages on August 1st.
