Bloomington is comprised of a diverse community from cultures around the globe.

There are many international cultures represented in Bloomington, largely thanks to Indiana University. From the Tibetan Mongolian Buddhist Cultural Center, founded in the 1970s by the Dalai Lama's brother, and 4th Street's "International Restaurant Row" to a wide range of cultural centers across IU's campus and the annual Lotus World Music & Arts Festival, the blend of cultures in Bloomington is beautiful, engaging, and available to all to experience.
