Total Solar Eclipse - Hoosier National Forest Recreation Areas

All campground campsites are by reservation from March 29 through April 10. Hardin Ridge, Indian-Celina Lakes and Tipsaw Lake Recreation Areas are open for reservations. Reservations can be made here or by calling 877-444-6777.

 

Monroe County Fairgrounds – Camping & Eclipse Viewing

Friday, April 5 through Tuesday, April 9

Monroe County Fairgrounds is offering camping and eclipse viewing. Their camping options are Friday, April 5 – Monday, April 8 for $175 and Friday, April 5 – Tuesday, April 9 for $200. Check in for camping is Friday, April 5, 3:00-6:00 PM. Please send email to mocofairgrounds@gmail.com to make a camping reservation.

 

Total Eclipse On Hwy 46

Saturday, April 6 through Monday, April 8

Ellettsville, IN is in the path of totality for the Total Solar Eclipse of 2024. Our location will experience an amazing 4 minutes and 2.8 seconds of totality! Celebrate the Eclipse on 10+ wide-open acres, perfect for an unobstructed view, and a fully stocked lake for fishing. This space is open to both campers and the general public. Solar Eclipse At Loesch Farm

Sunday, April 7 through Monday, April 8

Join us for the April 8th Solar Eclipse at beautiful Loesch Farm! This is a FREE event and camping is available Sunday and Monday nights for a nominal fee. Come early for a featured live performance of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" in its entirety 11:30am - 1pm. Please bring your own chairs, blankets, snacks, and coolers. Dress for the weather. We'll have porta johns. Make your reservation here.
